Sporting Life Promotional E-Card Redemption

If you do not see your registration confirmation email from Race Roster in your inbox, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. You will receive a separate email that contains the link to download your Sporting Life promotional e-card.
If you are looking specifically for your Sporting Life promotional e-card, you can also access it by logging into your Participant Dashboard.
Participant Dashboard
Log in to the Participant Dashboard to edit your personal information, change your t-shirt size or estimated finishing time, reprint your Sporting Life promotional e-card or transfer your event entry to another person. You can also resend your confirmation email or add yourself to a team.
Please Note: The Participant Dashboard closes on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm. You will no longer be able to edit personal information or transfer your bib after this date.
Transfers Between Friends
Transfer requests were only accepted online until Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
From now until run day, transfers must be completed in-person at Kit Pick-Up Tues. May 5 – Sat. May 9. Note that only the new participant is required to attend in-person.
*No exchange of funds is required.
Steps:
- The original participant must send the new participant their Bib Number email (being sent Mon. May 4) with written authorization to pick up the bib and transfer the entry.
- The new participant then brings this information to Run Kit Pickup, picks up the original bib, and must head to the Help Desk to complete the transfer. The original participant does not need to be present to complete this process.
- Once the new participant has completed registration, the original entry fee will automatically be refunded and the registration will be cancelled.
- The new participant is responsible for paying the $15 administration fee, plus processing fees and taxes, as well as the original registration fee.
- It is the responsibility of the original participant to find someone to take their spot in the run.
Note that each registration is restricted to one transfer only. The Sporting Life 10K is not responsible for transfer arrangements made outside of this official process within Race Roster. Illegitimate registrations will not be recognized by the event.
Transfers From In-Person Run
To The Virtual Run
Transfer requests will only be accepted until Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
You can transfer your in-person run entry to the virtual run at no cost until Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
Note: you will not be refunded the difference in registration fee.
Please email: sportinglife10k@sportinglife.ca to initiate the transfer process.
After April 15, you can only transfer your in person entry to the virtual run at Kit Pick Up at the Sporting Life store beginning Tues. May 5 until Sat. May 9, 2026.
Refund Policy
It is our policy that no refund of entry fees or deferrals will be issued.
It is our policy that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events. That means that once the money is received and accepted, no refunds will be issued and I will not be able to defer my entry to another year.
In the case of a Sporting Life10K in-person event cancellation, participants will automatically be transferred to the virtual event.
It is the responsibility of the participant to pick up their run kit at the Sporting Life store in event week. Run kits will not be mailed prior to or after the event. After the event has taken place, run shirts will not be available.
